Discharging aids with porous sintered plastics

Application
Aeration equipment made of porous plastic is mainly used in smaller tanks with a cross section of up to 3 m². These tanks are totally emptied, apart from adhering residue. This is extremely important with weighed material.

In the case of high mechanical stresses, perforated sheets are sintered into the middle of the plate as reinforcement. This does not, however, greatly affect the air flow.

All aeration cones are easily exchanged without having to make a new tank. The porous plastic material is heat resistant to a temperature of 80° C.
